Precision - 1 club

One club opening shows a strong hand. The requirement for an opening bid of one club is 16 or more points.
One diamond response is negative made on hands of 7 points or less.
Responses of two or four of a major also show weak hands with a long major suit. All other responses are positive and game forcing.
